Looking to begin a practice? Need a little one-on-one attention? Want to take your practice to the next level? Private yoga sessions give you space to support whatever you want to accomplish without the pressure of keeping up with group classes. Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one to create a deeply personal connection between teacher and student and student and body. Each private session is perfectly tailored to fit your body and your needs.

Individual yoga sessions are great for every body, but they can be especially helpful for pain management, injury/illness recovery, anxiety/depression, trauma recovery, and energetic balancing.
